I'm just wondering if this dog could possibly be mistaken for missing Lurcher 'Willow' (Ref 19802)? who belongs to Moira. Willow went missing from Stanstead Abbotts; which is not too far from Roydon? I know that Willow is a red/orange brindle and that Jim is light tanned and a greyhound, but the two are very similar and if they are seen running, could be mistaken for either breed.

I called and notified owner that a male greyhound has been seen in Roydon road Roydon matching Jims description in the past few days.  I saw him this morning but he ran off and is very scared.

The local radio station Hertbeat FM is running a local news story in which the police are appealing for anyone who has been offered a greyhound for sale.  They specifically mention 2 greyhounds stolen from Sir Francis Animal Sanctuary, Potters Bar.  Presumably Jim and Twink.  See www.hertbeat.com  news and then hertfordshire news.

This sanctuary has been targeted several times before. The 2 greyhounds were stolen a couple of weeks ago by 2 traveller lads in a small mint green car. They returned last Tuesday and stole the American bulldog.
