- Have just read the good news! Oh, isn't it just great! Just hope the owners realise what they have put us all through!! Stay safe always, little chap, and be happy!Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Such a relief! What great news. Freda and Dog Lost tried so hard to help him, it was a fantastic effort. Micro chip would have certainly been of use in this situation. Just hope he stays safe from now on. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- I am so so pleased to see this little boy in the blue. The thought that he would not have had a chance to find a new forever home if he had been abandoned was just too sad to think about xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- As I suspected, email address for Dundalk Dog Rescue is dundalkdogrescue@tyahoo.co.uk, not as given.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- I have looked on the website given - anyone interested in donating to help release this chap: email dundalkdogrescue A Tyahoo.co.uk (looks a strange address) or tel no Ann (086) 8237208 or Roisin (087) 6361349. Dundalk rescue say this spaniel is a lovely friendly chap. There is something in his face - I think you know what I mean, Jessica! (I'm in Surrey, so far too far away to help more, sadly.) I am more than happy to contribute, if others will help too, please?Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- I do hope this works out Freda. I have worried about this all morning. The only thing I can think is Many Tears work with a rescue in Ireland, but I don't know what area they are in. I'm sure many would want to give this beautiful dog a home, and everythings crossed for him. In the meantime I'll worry about him and watch his page.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Thank you so much Freda. Dundalk dog rescue is also trying to help secure him a foster place or funding should his owner not be found, so if your friend might know someone who would be prepared to look after him for a while he may be rescued. i have emailed one of the springer rescue sites to see if he can be released into their care or if they know of an irish springer rescue and i have emailed a friend of mine in Monaghan to see if she knows of anyone who can help/spread the word. I hope he is going to be alright. They dont keep them long at the pound and it is closed on wednesdays so time is running out:( Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
