- Other Info Rugby Area Pound - Yesterday, a dog was found in a most dreadful state around the Rokeby area of Rugby. The dog is believed to be a female shih tzu. We say believed to be, the dog is so incredibly matted it's almost impossible to tell the breed or sex. She is COVERED in faeces, has a heavy infestation of fleas and has obviously been kept in the most appalling conditions. Firstly, thank you to the person who picked her up and took her to the vet.
