Managed to get a really helpful lady somehow - she was great, kennels were great - not the dog I'm looking for sadly

wensmum, I saw that you posted on Dog SOS Derbyshire and a member has replied with contact details.

I messaged Deby City Stray dogs on 23rd, haven't had a reply. I've been trying to contact the council dog warden and can only get some stupid bot on the number above, and that says call back between Monday and Friday - which it is.
I don't suppose this is Rags. I don't know if her chip failed on not, it was one of the ones virbac told us needed replacing after she'd gone missing. I can't get hold of anyone. It's a nightmare losing your dog anyway, this is just more upsetting. Our dog wardens and our pounds are all working, so I would think that Derby dog warden is working, just the bot is getting in the way
