- Other Info 💥 REUNITED he was trapped on a ledge and Fire Brigade helped rescue him💥 PLEASE DO NOT SHOUT, CHASE OR TRY TO GRAB 💥 last SIGHTED Friday by the Biston Windmill around 12.00pm. TOBY was being walked by a family member and their other dog, both ran off into the bushes but only POLLY returned . He knows the area well and not prone to wander. MICROCHIPPED and wearing an ID TAG. Please look out for TOBY, if FOUND he should be reported to the Council Dog Warden (required by LAW) he can be taken to an
