- Just to clarify….. Shelley was contacted this morning by another missing pet group and was asked to register Holly as the owner was having problems with site.
Shelley is actually on holiday at the moment but still wanted to help.
She didn’t have time to go through the registrations and assumed as the owner had only mentioned it this morning, Holly wasn’t on.
Maybe the owner didn’t know about the first registration either. At least she’s on, even if it’s twice.

- To explain...Owners are obviously distressed...and sometimes friends help out ...then owner reaches out on FB and they or some one registers on their behalf to help...Being so busy nationwide we cannot monitor every dog and do not have an alert system to say dog is already registered as from different emails...But we will do what ever we can to help a dog get home.

- If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
- Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
