Copied and pasted from Derby City Stray Dogs " we have managed to track down the person on the microchip who passed this dog onto another family member due to personal reasons. The other family passed on again sometime later and it’s this third person who we believe effectively dumped the dog. So this dog will be looking for an urgent rescue space"
