Email from owner:
Thank you for that email but sadly no news this end.  We have not heard a squeak about Mabel.  There were several sightings in Shipston-on-Stour so we had an exciting week thinking that she was going to be found any minute and I did a mail-drop through all the letter-boxes on the relevant housing estate where she had been spotted.finally we found out that it was a similar looking dog that wanders around this housing estate all the timesadly not our Mabel.  since then, there has not been a single sighting.  Fingers still crossed

Hopefully, once she calms down, she will make her way back home, she is chipped and tagged which is brillient. Contact all farmers in the area, and poster heavily in all public places. Good luck and I hope she is home soonLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Mabel slipped out of the house whilst guests visiting and proceeded to attack the neighbours chickens. Neighbour angrily chased after the dog who was last seen scared and running at speed.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Sorry to see Mabel is missing and thank you for registering with DogLost.

Owner, if not already done so you need to contact Dog Wardens, Rescues and Vets. Please try and personally visit Rescue Centres wherever possible, it is not always a good idea to rely solely on telephone calls. Dogs can be rehomed after seven days so this is extremely important.

It is also very important that you poster heavily. You can print your posters by selecting - Dog Poster 1 - above Dog Information. You need to be logged in to do this.

If at all possible please try and keep us updated with regards to who you have contacted and the areas in which you have postered, this can be done by using the + Add a comment feature.

Good luck and we hope to see Mabel safely back home soonLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
