He could be described as a Terrier Cross. 4 years old, MICROCHIPPED (chipped to previous owner who is aware in process of being updated), wearing a collar and ID TAG. Wardens have a lost report. If FOUND he should be reported to the Council Dog Warden (required by LAW)
