Gorgeous old girly MABEL (and her beloved Kevin the Carrot) arrived from the pound suffering with the most terrible legs we have ever seen - she is very deformed, but is now on a combination of
daily pain relief and is very happy with life and her short walks
Mabel is in long-term foster with Suzanne and Peter who have helped so many of our golden oldies (and a few young ones too!) - she's in very good hands and will stay under the HYPS wing for
as long as she's happy
She had a trip to the vets today and is
unfortunately having a phantom pregnancy, so has
medication to clear this up, and will be spayed and have a large mammary lump removed as soon as possible - she's a very brave old girl is our Mabel

- this poor baby looks petrified, he is wearing his coat and is obviously loved by someone, I am suprised he has not been claimed yet. :(
