Glad she is back - safe and sound.  Shame that the owner would not accept well-meant help.  No one was questioning her experience!!  A great happy ending though! Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Can someone confirm which part of Lincolnshire please?? Do the owners want any help? It is very easy to not put yourself across very well whilst under the stress of losing a pet?!Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I do hope that this lovely girl is soon caught, but how rude and ungrateful are some people.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Hope owners manages to catch her in this persons garden- running away when approached is common for any lost dog and we often have to warn owners that they will not always run towards them tails wagging and therefore give out advice on ways to approach-  Judging from the email I  expect this experienced owner knows this already.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Made contact with owner. There have been 3 sightings of Lluna today. Sent some useful info on scenting and triangular plotting this is the reply I received E-mail from owner:- Already done this i do know about finding lost dogs and have myself advised people in the past on what to do.    #Thank you for your help but there really isn't any need to tell me what to do.   I am a very experienced dog person.   #someone whose garden she goes into is feeding her but if they take a step towards her she runs away so i've told them just to phone me and i will go and get her straight away.   #she has been seen early in the morning so i am going tomorrow at 6am to see if i can spot her.   will keep you posted and again thank yo for your help.

Message from circumstances: Lluna went missing from my back garden late Monday evening (9th. February, 2009)  she has NEVER done this before.  I had let her out as usual with another dog for the last time before bed and when i went to let them in the other dog was still in the garden but Lluna had vanished.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Lluna is a seven year old female......she has a long thick coat and her tongue is splashed with blue/black blotches.    She has double dew claws on her back legs and she has been spayed and is microchipped. Lluna is classes as being fawn but when you look at her she is a greyish fawn with black fringes to her ears and tail.   LLuna is very wary of anyone she doesn't know so if you find her just call/me and i will come straight away to fetch her.   Her microchip no. is:981098100308136   Lluna went missing from my back garden late Monday evening (9th.
