- Sadly we was aware of a an animal being hit on the A38 and retrieved by the council and was told initially it wasn’t a dog but we have managed to get the council to check again and confirmed as Jessie. Should never have taken this long and heartbreaking for the owner. RIP Jessie💔🐾🌈
