- Great news. ~So pleased that Harold has been found safe, and well. Stay close now Harold:-) xxx I would now have Harold "Snipped and chipped" as some cats not neutered will cross busy roads seeking a mate. Neutering also prevents Feline Aids. If on a low income you can get cats neutered, and microchipped for £5. The usual age for this is about
