It's ok - I've been there and it's not nice. I don't live near enough to Rolls or the Golf Course But I know of them. I was just thinking that with it being Sunday, they could have been at the Golf Course at least.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Hi Elliedog     Thank you for taking the time to contact us It would be really helpful if you were able to put some posters on the footpath as you have suggested as I don't know anyone who works at Rolls Royce to ask.  It is so kind of you to have put the word out for us at college too.  We really appreciate your help and suggestions.  We are keeping fingers crossed that someone may contact us soon with some news about Mitzy.  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Hi Babs, I have resent Mitzy's details to the college intranet as everyone is now back. Unfortunately I haven't been able to do much on the poster front. Technology is a wonderful thing - stupid computer! I have also been ill but so has everyone. I was thinking of putting some posters on the foot-path that runs along the canal at the top of Boulton Lane. Thats after the traffic lights Shelton Lock end of Sinfin Lane. It actually goes down into Chelleston one way and Alvaston the other as far as I can work out. You've probably thought of this but Rolls Royce has some works that way don't they? Do you know someone there who could put up some posters? Oh and at the Golf Course. You said you had got Radio Derby on board. The kids at college are big fans of RAM and I know allot of adults listen to Gold. One of the problems I have is that for some reason I can't get into this site very well. I can get passed page 10 anyway and sometimes I can't get logged in so I will try to keep an eye on what is happening and I really hope she is found soon. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

We still do not have any news about Mitzy so we have put a plea on Radio Derby for any information again.    If any one may have any  information at all regarding a person in the red car who picked up Mitzy and drove away on Sinfin Lane we would be very very grateful if you would contact us please.  We are also checking  advertisements and Lost and Found in the local papers and have put posters in the local Supermarkets.   Come home soon Mitzy.     Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Yes Sue,  many thanks for all the information you have sent me.   I was over in Derby again yesterday to visit my mum and have been putting out more posters but we still havn't heard anything.  We will keep trying until we find little Mitzy as my mum is really missing her, and someone out there must still have her.     We really hope someone will see her  and contact us very soon .Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Thanks Elliedog, that's a great help. I've just emailed some similar photos over to see if any are suitable to use on the poster. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Mitzy belongs to an very elderly lady and if there is anyone at all in the area who can put up a poster or two to help get her little puppy home she would be very grateful. A photograph isn't available at the moment but hopefully one will be sorted soon.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Circumstances: puppy escaped from home garden and a gentleman in a red car pulled up and was seen to pick up the puppy and put her into the red  car and then drove away at around 2.45pm on Sunday 14th December we have contacted Derby Telegraph Lost and found and Radio Derby have requested any information and the local dog warden and RSPCA central network  to ask if the gentleman sees or hears this.  Would he kindly make contact so we can arrange to collect the puppy  please Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
