Check ALL outbuildings including empty houses THOROUGHLY as some cts will hide in, or behind an object within, especially if timid. Always take further looks as cats can stay very quiet, and still when trapped. They are renowned for it Bear in mind too that cats have very flexible spines so they can squeeze into very small spaces (About 2"/3" wide (7. 7,5 cm) So has she managed to climb into a pasrtially opened window , and is now trapped? Exiting can be difficult; depends on the drop. Check trees; any deckings too. Empty contents of the hoover onto the garden as her scent will be there; litter tray contents too.,. DO NOT leave the litter box/tray outsidre as other cats could use it, and it may upset, and confuse the cat. Put some tuna/sardines or chicken in her dish, and call her; night/early morning is best. Rattle some treats too. Just because you can`t see, or hear a cat, doesn`t mean they are aren`t around. Take a good walk around the area, hoilding an object with her scent on, and rattle some Dreamies. Someone maybe feeding her. (Common problem). Wheh it`s nightfall, and you are searching, use a strong torch as the light will reflect a cats eyes . Poster around the area, and post flyers through doors too. Post a LOST CAT ad in a National newspaper in case she has climbed into a vehicle; not uncommon for some cats to do. Also is there a dominant cat in the area? As sometimes a cat will chase a less confident cat oiut of it`s own territory. However the chased cat will not usually return, until they think it`s "Safe" enough for them to do so. Paws xd.
