Cappi is still on the move in the Sherfield Park area, still crossing the A33, last sighted Sunday lunchtime; a week since he went missing from Bramley.

Wildlife cameras are in place/being placed and when possible, a trap sited with permission of landowner.

Brilliant support from some lovely local residents, thank you.

Caps has been sighted and spooked again in the Sherfield area this morning.

We have cameras set up to monitor his potential safe place which have now captured an increased footfall in this area including a man with a big stick who has been asked not to actively search.

Please keep sightings off Facebook and allow this nervous little dog to settle, kindly do not actively search for him.

Caps has been sighted daily and lastly, yesterday (Tuesday) evening but unfortunately remains on the move as people try to secure and actively search for him.

This nervous, little dog is fearful of men and other dogs in particular, is in an unfamiliar area so needs the opportunity to settle in a safe place.

Sightings are being plotted and a trap available if needed.

Please help with postering and sharing only - phone sightings immediately and retreat.

With owner at last confirmed sighting - 15:00hrs today in Goddards Lane area. He was seen here this morning also so area has been scented and food dumped with permission of landowner and neighbour. Caps dog mum and sibling have walked the area too. Posters being put up. Drone SAR request made although last seen in a long, similarly coloured crop field. Missing marker placed on microchip.

Can Owner get out later tonight and just walk around to scent the area ?if you own a car take it and let someone sit in it with doors open, please do not put yourself in danger though . thank you Salli xx
