Welcome home Suzie, I guess there may be a gap in her own garden which she escaped through.
Thank you to all who have been out searching and putting up posters, please can they be romoved if any are seen still up in the area and disposed of responsibility.
MichelleM
Apologies.. the rescue team was Sheena Ogilvy not her sister Alyson, Liam and Peter. If you needed your faith in human nature restored these three will do it for you. Thank you
MichelleM
A big big thank you to Peter Hawkins and Alyson Parkes whose perseverance saved this little girl and overjoyed her owner. Thank you to everyone who made a big effort to find her. She was found in the overgrown garden of an empty house adjoining her own garden. Again Thank you to Peter and Alyson... angels in disguise
Bo
That it rained heavily probably saved her life. Amazing news, well done on finding her. X

I knocked too today but no answer. I've put a dog missing leaflet in his post box and will try to talk to him tomorrow

Just had a decent look around the area, lots of places for a dog to hide, every road has lots of bushes. There is one place that needs a decent search around, a bungalow on the right as you enter hurn close not far from where the dog lives, it has a very large garden that is very open at the front but which is extremely overgrown with grass a couple of feet high. I tried knocking to have a look round there garden but no answer on the door. Needs checking out.

Went and put some posters up today and talked to a Neighbour .I dont think that Susie is far away she has very poor mobility and is elderly .I think they are going to leaflet houses today asking People just to check gardens etc .Did advise to call RSPCA at Ashley Heath to ask if they had heard anything , also will then be on their radar

Watching this listing from many miles aeay, wishing and hoping. A good idea regarding posters would be to put thme in a plastic cover if possible to save them from the rain...cheap plastic wallets are ideal with the opening to the bottom
MichelleM
She has never been to Moors Valley park so I doubt she would head there. There are a few posters up but they are now a bit wet and windswept. If you could put some more up that would be really appreciated. Thank you everyone for caring.
boristhebold
Folly, not sure which country park you refer to, she went missing from Hurn Close which is off Hurn Road, from ringwood take the hurn/matchams road, about half a mile up there there is a road on the right which hurn close feeds from. Nowhere near matchams, no where near moors valley (unless she managed to find her way to the castleman trailway. She is old and limited mobility so probably if she wasn't stolen may not have gone far. Will be taking a look inthe area later today.
Folly
Is she likely to have headed to he country park? I can search there tomorrow. Is there a photo of Suzie, not just a poster one?
DogLostPoochpal - Regional Co-ordinator - South West - Police Liaison Team
As twoDs has said this is a stock photo which was used for the original Facebook post I have added the Similar Dog. Owners have told our local volunteer that it is a closer likeness to how Suzie now looks.
Thank you Jenny for offering to poster the area if not already done. Have all neighbours been asked to check outbuildings in case she has accidentally been shut in somewhere?
Unknown
it is not actually Ringwood, its Hurn Close off Hurn road .Are there any posters up?If not I will get some out there Last edited: 2020-06-14 13:40:36

Susie is still missing on Saturday evening. She went missing from her garden on Wednesday evening. Whether she got out of the garden by herself or was taken we still don't know. No sightings of her all as yet

Any updates on Suzie please? I have many worried members on my groups asking? x

There is confusion as both images are identical when looking at this page. When the post is shared, an image of a much older dog (probably the right one) appears. Can this be put right so everyone is looking for the right dog?
