I would advise using what3words for sightings.

Confirmed sighting on scope with owner hearing his bark and again yesterday on scope with me hearing his bark after a short chase by a cocker!
Please everyone keep vigilant but do not chase, call or use flash light...,he is running scared and we are trying to slow him down so a feeding station can be set up.....if you see Teddy please ring the owner with extract place/ drop pin/ map mark , time, date and VIP direction heading xx Thankyou for your help so far 💕

Just spoken to Teddy's mummy and will be down to scope tomorrow evening.
In the meantime
II have suggested Ted's owner goes back to point of loss and sets up a little BBQ with some smelly meat and sit down, talking low tone quietly to attract his attention and take dogs out that he lives with / keep all the scent smells on them too.
Anyone helping can do static obs on sightings to date but no calling or chasing.
Anyone who sights him please give date, time and direction heading and immediately call owner
