- Other Info Ragnar was being looked after by family member and bolted through front door. He is not familiar with the area and was seen running towards the mountain. Owner lives in Ton Pentre CF41 which is approx a 8 minute walk away. He was not wearing a collar but is microchipped. If found it must be reported to the warden as required by Law.
