- Other Info Topper is from Holland owners here on holiday in Motorhome .were at the Promenade car park area at the time . Topper is Neutered and chipped wearing a chain collar with a red tag .If found it must be reported to the warden as required by Law.

- Have now added a 2nd contact number .. owners are leaving for Dover at 6am Monday . 50 posters now distributed in Brecon and Crickhowell area . The remaining 20 posters are being picked up by our Volunteer Anthony in the morning and he will spend most of the day searching and putting out the rest of posters..I have advised owners to leave an item of unwashed clothing at the area they have been parked up the last few days at the Promenade . If Topper is found before they get to Dover they will turn back to get him asap . Same applies once they arrive home . Plans will be in place to keep Topper safe here until owners return .. x

Toppers owners had left the Promenade area and headed on the Brecon rd to get fuel at Shell garage there in Crickhowell and although stopped at garage and one owner Michael got out they didnt fuel up as garage was busy,but it's a possibility that Topper could have nipped out at that point .I have rang the garage asking if cctv can be viewed but sadly not until Monday when manager is there .
