- Looks like you come under Spelthorne Council? They do have out of hours dog warden cover 01932 425060. Hopefully they may have a report of him being found

- Is Kilo's chip registered on a UK database? If not, his chip may come up as unregistered when scanned. Recommend ringing round all local vets and neighbouring area dog wardens.
