- Owner: You need to go out EVERY DAY AT DAWN and listen to the bird calls - that is probably the only time you will hear your parrot as they all shut up all day in extreme heat/rain, etc. It is worthwhile. Poster everywhere and also see if local schools will let you poster there as children are more observant.
