“He is going to lulu rescue tonight at 5pm in high barnet. No owner has come forward. Dog warden is aware. He has been to the vet. No chip. Got his approx age. And other details which will be passed on. Hopefully lulu will be able to find him a new loving home. I'm just really saddened by the fact no one has advised he belongs to him. This little dog has been found in the Mays Lane area of Barnet, Hertfordshire.
Finder has taken him to Welwyn Garden City whilst trying to find his owner.
He has apparently been checked for a microchip but finder says he doesn’t have one, maybe chip has moved or stopped working.
Please could everyone share as his owner may not be on Facebook or have links to social media. Dog warden has not been alerted as far as I can tell.

- Original post on Facebook says finder has taken dog out of the area it was found in. Dog is now in Welwyn Garden City.
