I have contacted some owners of matching dogs I found on other sites to get them to check the photo.  I just hope she's not a casualty of "breeding" and that she may have a loving owner trying to find her

Hi Jan, I was waiting til it was registered on site so I could add more info. She is on www.nationalpetregister. Ref No 1270.  found in country lane in St Fagans, Cardiff VERY underweight poor love! Finder didnt leave a contact no but  took her to Cardiff Dogs Home so they might rehome if owner doesnt come forward.
