- Found today in Cheltenham, clearly has been on her own or not fed for quite a long time, but looks strongly like Luna. https://www.facebook.com/132348747221/posts/10161690512592222/

- Stevesdogs, any news of Luna please? Any sightings? Presume your contact details re Luna's microchip are still bang up to date?
- 2019-04-17 16:00 .
- Please can everyone share again for Luna, far and wide and also check on any local selling sites, no matter where you are, please look out for this gorgeous girl as she has simply vanished and her poor owner (who was on holiday when she dashed out of a friend’s front door), is absolutely devastated. Please share again if you have shared already. Owner is not on Facebook or twitter so please do anything you can to help him everyone, thank you 🐾

- Hi Jenny, yes posters all round the area, shared on social media, spoken to neighbouring houses (& businesses, including the local council, shelters and vet practices) and dog owners in the parks etc. The chip details were double checked when she was registered lost and are correct. To have zero sightings of her strongly suggests that she was stolen at random. The search also includes eBay/Facebook/Gumtree/pet sites to see if she is being sold online. Devastated, as are her two ´sisters´(the other family dogs). :-(

- Have you flooded the area with posters? And ensured the chip details are up to date with the company? xLast edited: 2019-04-09 21:33:20

- Sadly Luna is still missing and there have been no sightings of her. Please can everyone keep an eye out? The search continues daily (online as well as on the streets/parks etc). If anyone sees a dog for sale matching her description, please let us know. Thank you.

- stevesdogs could you possibly give me a call on 07774 724797 - we have a found Dachshund in our area, but have a couple of specific questions that we need to ask if possible please
Thank you - 2019-04-03 21:05 stevesdogs
- Hi All, thank you again for all that you are doing by sharing on social media etc. There have been absolutely no sightings of her, suspect now that someone has taken a random chance and stolen her. We are continuing to search, leave scent, spoken to local businesses and put up more posters in the area etc. If stolen, we just hope that someone's conscience gets the better of them and hands her in to a rescue centre or similar.

- I will share on my personal Facebook profile and also my animal page. I actually only live in bursledon and go to swanmore every day via notley and hedge end so will keep an eye out. I will also post to local facebay groups etc. Have you printed off posters and asked shop owners in town yet? Usually Tesco's post office newsagents takeaway shops etc are good plus you could try the local garages to. Hopefully someone has picked her up and is searching for owner as we speak x will have a search x

- Sorry to see that LUNA is missing.
- If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
- Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
- A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (142057)
- Obtain a missing poster by clicking on View poster above. Posters are very important so start postering now!
- You will need to be logged in to upload photos, edit your dog's details, or add comments. You can add comments by clicking on Click here to add a comment.
- Contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres, and in Scotland, the Police. Give a detailed description with any distinguishing marks/scars or send them a copy of your DogLost poster. You can find vets in your area here.
- If your dog has been stolen inform the police immediately and obtain a crime reference number (CRN). Send an email to stolen@doglost.co.uk.
- If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be legally re-homed after seven days. Visit rescue centres in person and do not rely on checking by phone alone. Other people may not recognise your dog by your description, so give them a DogLost poster.
