Wow Leeane, I am so pleased for you. I was only thinking about Cookie the other day actually when someone was speaking to me about a male Rottie cross over your way...spooky!! Power of the chip once again! Glad she has settled back in well and appears to have been well looked after whilst she's been away.....but finally she's home now where she belongs. Would be nice to see a reunited photo of Cookie now she's home  - if you wanted to send me one I will gladly add it to her page. xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

cookie came home safe and sound 10 days ago, thank god we had her micro chipped. she was picked up wandering by the dog warden just 1 mile from our home, but had been well cared for whilst she was gone. she will shortly be spayed, so hopefully no more wanderings!!! glad to say she has settled back into family life with our baby and other dog, and if anything, is even more protective of the baby than she was when she went! Thanks eveybody for looking for my baby girl!!!Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Cookie is a SBT x Rottweiler and is the size of an average staffie but with a larger rib cage. She escaped from her garden in Green Lane at about lunchtime on 28th June. Despite owners putting 100's of posters up they've not heard anything. Cookie is very friendly and would go to anyone. Owners have also contacted local council, vets etc and i've given them some numbers for local kennels too in the area but I'm sure they'd be grateful of any further help/suggestions. They are contacting the local paper today to try and get a story/ad in there. Stay safe Cookie. xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
