The poor dog looks as if he has a severe glaucoma and must be in a lot of pain. Hope he gets treated for that whether he has an owner or not as it shouldn't have got to this size untreated xx

Saw on a post that Finder said this dog microchipped. Taken by dog warden service.

The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
