- I have put myself as person to contact if anyone knows who this spaniel belongs to. There is a map available on local Facebook pages which shows where he/she was hit on road and ran off. My main aim in putting the dog on site is to find owner. A witness spent an hour searching this evening but no luck so far. Local people are very concerned so I hope they will be out looking tomorrow.

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
