- Wonderful news, Am elated for owner.
Yes, Melanie I agree, people should check for a chip to see if a cat has an owner. (I think most vets etc scan for free now) Then if they are "Chipped" they should`nt feed it for obvious reasons. And surely they would have seen the posters?
I would now put Thalassa under "House arrest" for about two weeks or he may go awol again. I wonder why he has returned now? Perhaps the feeder`s have moved house, or, have gone away on holiday, and of course he has come back for food. That`s cats for you! Stay very close now Thalassa.
Good idea Nina

- Just in case she thinks about roaming again do you think it would be worth making a paper collar and say there is an owner and give a number

- Thank you all, she has come home, we are so happy 💜 just wish people would check for a chip, as she has been looked after for these past 4 months

- If Thalass goes awol for days, my best guess would be that someone else must be feeding her. And ,maybe they still are. ( A cat that was posted as missing for THREE MONTHS was found by the owners brother only ten minutes from his home. A woman had been feeding him fresh chicken every day. Cats like to dine at the best "Restaurants") However please follow ALL the advice/tips on Dave`s post. His page number is 138924. Where it mentions checking ALL outbuildings etc. Paws xd.Last edited: 2019-01-03 07:49:25
