I have seen a dog matching this description wandering around Rochester, kent recently. Although, the dog did not have a collar and he/she ran off when I tried to get close. This started around April I first saw a dog like this, and I haven't seen the dog as often. I last saw the dog about November time, but it seems scared of humans because even though I bribed it with food it did not come close. The markings from the picture look the same and the dog had a black and white muzzle like that, too. The dog looked quite big, and my friends were scared of it. I, being a fellow dog lover, tried to approach it but unless you can surround it there's no chance so sorry about that one. As I said, it did not have a collar on and might have gone from the Rochester area since November but I think it was quite comfortable there. It likes to come onto our school field so me and my friends left out some chicken and things for it back in the summer when I saw it almost everyday. Rochester (Kent) is ages away from Hampshire, and I do not know how it's possible that the dog might have traveled all that distance but over these years it might be possible. But then again would there be any good reason that this dog is miles and miles away from home? I hope this is the dog...and I hope I see this dog soon so I can tell you additional details. I'll list the places I have seen a dog like this (But the dog I have seen is the same dog, adult) The Rochester Grammar School for girls school field, Rochester Castle green, Maidstone road, Rochester highstreet and Highstreet road.
