- Might be nothing but I saw a woman with a pug loose in the car in Dolgellau today, it had no collar on and she didn't seem like she could handle it very well. She was trying to keep it from jumping out of the car when she got out outside coop. May not be relevant of course. I just noticed it as she didn't look very confident with it. Would have been about 11am approx. Will keep a look out and also put some posters up in Dolgellau for you.
