- Other Info Tiny Toby is an ex North Clwyd Animal Rescue (NCAR) and has only been in his home a matter of weeks. He is VERY NERVOUS. if SIGHTED please ring a number on the poster. MICROCHIPPED and NEUTERED. He is very small. Please look out for him, if FOUND he should be reported to the Council Dog Warden (required by LAW)

No sightings today so tonight we are going to boil some broth again as advised . We have searched around the area again. Still no sign.
