According to Wales online 13 November 2017, another emaciated starving beagle dog was found near Llanelli, and had to be put to sleep. Possibly a connection?

I`ve been lost for words at the plight of this poor dog, there really are some humans who don`t deserve to live in this world, where they treat dogs, and most likely any other animal within their radar, as if these innocent souls are of no worth and of no consequence. These folk are sickening and I hope one day they will suffer in the same way they have treated dogs like this. Rainbow is a lovely name, how sad that it`s probably the only lovely thing she`s ever known though.

It`s more than appalling Marbie. The scumbag who committed this heinous act of cruelty should be disposed of. That`s what you do with rubbish. At least she had some care, love and comfort at the end. I really hope this piece of trash is caught, and NAMED, and SHAMED. At least she is at the bridge now, well, and happy. Nightie, night, sweetheart, sleep tight, and have fun at the bridge with the other "Rainbow babies" who are waiting to play. RIP+ God Bless x (HUG) Now with loving Angels surrounded by love.

It's absolutely appalling that some people have absolutely no qualms about ill treating animals and then leaving them to die alone and in pain. I hate some people and I have never even met them. Whoever left this poor dog is now added to the list. I just wish karma visited them a lot quicker and with more force. RIP Sweetheart xx
