- Other Info Doug escaped through cat flap at home early this morning around 6.30 am has not been seen since. he has no collar on he has an ulcer on his right eye which hes recieving medication for..the owner is offering a substanial reward for safe return . If Doug is found it must be reported to the dog warden as required by law.. .
