HI everyone I really appreciate all your comments he is a male I accidentally put female but no stupidly I didn’t get him done if I get him back which I’m praying I do I’ll be getting it done we all miss him deeply hasismum thank you i would have never thought I’d that I’ll call round and thank you Sharon I have been posting on my local missing cats page and Janie jewel thank you for that advice in the morning I’m going to go out and try all this THank you so much for all your comments I will update you all if he comes back 😩xx

Hi, many cats that go missing have got into a delivery van or car and hitched a lift to their next port of call. Was there a delivery van around that day? Ask neighbours. Then call the delivery company and ask where the vehicle went next. Maybe as it has been a few days, you could call all the local delivery agents that you normally see around and ask if they had a delivery in your road that day. Most vans use gps now and can say exactly where they went each day. A local cat got into a van and jumped out at a care home a couple of miles away after medications were delivered there. A friend noticed a poster on their gates and told the cat's owners. He had been regularly fed by the care home people and they were actively looking for his family. Is Maggie neutered? As if not may have gone seeking a mate,and become disorientated. Presume all outbuildings , including empty houses, and cellars checked when she went missing? She may still be in the area. Just because you don`t see a cat doesn`t ,mean they aren`t in the area. Put her UNWASHED blanket into a clean container, along with your scent too. Leave in the garden in a sheltered spot, or hang on the washing line if dry; used towels too. Wipe her scent on your garden fences, gates, doors too; anything leading up to the garden. Empty contents of the hoover onto the garden as her scent will be there. Try a squeaky toy as it may attract her attention, if she is around.
Walk around the area, holding an object with her scent on, and rattle some Dreamies. Someone may be feeding her (Common problem) When it is nightfall, and you are searching use a strong torch as the light will reflect a cats eyes. Poster around the area, and also post flyers through doors too. Ask around, especially those with children as they can be very observant. Post a LOST CAT ad in case Maggie has climbed into a vehicle. Paws xd.

• If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
• Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
• A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (126702)
• Obtain a missing poster by clicking on View poster above. Posters are very important so start postering now!

• Contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres, and in Scotland, the Police. Give a detailed description with any distinguishing marks/scars or send them a copy of your DogLost poster. You can find vets in your area here.
