Hi all this does sounds so familier to us after Sky and Jack , At lest we got are dogs back . Hope Zac is on the mend . we still need to make all these dog TO HOT TO HANDEL . Glad to hear the good news

Well done owner for getting all the publicity and posters up and all the helpers too. just don't leave ZAC in the garden on his own now sad but this is what it is coming to, and as for the SCUM I HOPE YOU CHOKE ON THE REWARD MONEY, AND THAT YOU HAVE A VERY SH-LIFE.

Sounds familiar, bought him from SOMEONE!!! Yeah, heard that one before. Thieving scumbags. Well at least Zac is now home where he belongs. Owner, just how safe is that garden from these predators? I think that we all need electric fences! Stay safe now Zac.

Had a telephone call today from Zac's owner, Zac is now back HOME. Due to extensive postering and adverts in the papers, owner had a phonecall in response to a poster. The person said they had bought Zac from someone, owner met up with them and paid a reward, he feels travellers were involved but is so pleased to have Zac home. He is limping and a bit thin. A friend of the owner has looked at the Zac's page and they are so grateful for all the help and support they have had. Owner would like to pass on his thanks to everyone..... Have spoken to the Police Station that had the found dog, he has now gone to Leigh Cats & Dogs Home, also rang them, no owner has come forward yet, details are now on DL found section (4476). Made enquiries if Leigh had any other Rottie's in their kennels, nothing in at the moment. Jan x

flatcoat20, when owner went into the Police Station they were surprised how come he went there so quick and knew about the found dog, he told them DL had contacted him. Well done for posting details on site, owner said it could easily have been Zac. Jan x

Owner has rung back, it was not Zac but a younger Rottie about 4 months old with a full tail, Zac has a docked tail. Owner does not have internet access and cannot access the site, he has been going to the local Community Centre to use their email. Zac was featured in this weeks Reporter and owner is going to contact the St Helens Star. Will do smaller posters and post to owner so he can get them copied. Owner is so thankful of DL and said it could well have been Zac and would like to pass on his thanks. Jan x

Yes dog handed in at Leigh Police station, to contact them direct ring 0161 856 7229 . Dog has been booked into lost property there and will stay there for tonight, do hope its zac! this poor dog will be freezing in kennels!! fingers crossed

Just down the road! have passed details on thankyou when you say Leigh-is that the dogs home or when you say contact station direct do you mean the police station? If so is that the number you have left-if not can you leave the number thanks!

Young Rottweiler dog just been handed in at leigh front desk, he was found wandering at mcdonalds in golbourne/lowton is young, male thin and wearing a blue collar tel 0161 872 5050 log 1611 or ring leigh station direct

Have owners checked Leigh Cats & Dogs, would say this closer than Cheshire Dogs Home. Planned on trip to Trebaron garden centre tomorrow afternoon will poster there. Fingers crossed hope he's found before then.
