- Other Info She is very friendly with people but nervous around other dogs at times. She was lost mid afternoon today after running off which is normal but she did not come back.

- Jess was picked up running along the road, by a member of the local mountain rescue team. He called the number on her tag. Jess has been checked over by vet and is in top condition in spite of 3 nights in sub zero temperatures and heavy snow.

- Probable sighting by some walkers today. She was at close quarters but moving at high speed so they cannot be 100% sure. Close to place from where she went missing, right in the area where we found fresh scent.

- Thank you gemster and Billabong. There was a good search party out today and I will be joining them tomorrow with Wispa and her hard-working nose. The good news is that tracks were found plus some poo which owner believes to be Jess's. There are farm buildings around the area and she may be sheltering in one of those.

- Please keep hoping Jess comes home safely- my dog went missing last year in bad weather and came back after a week. I hope you find Jess soon- i will keep my eyes open for her.

- I have been up Froggatt earlier today, nothing to report, sadly. A625 was clear.

- This is moorland country with a lot of snow at present. Helper Chrissie who lives nearby is advising but can't get her car out of village due to snow. If anyone can safely get to Froggatt Edge to help search, please call owner. If you do help, wear suitable clothing and footwear.
