If this is the dog seen in Penshaw today, the lady in the Green coat that was speaking to the owner has spotted him. He is near the riverside, James steel park on east bridge side.

Certainly Albany Washington gives a postcode NE37. Currently following a Facebook post for a black greyhound trying to make sure it is same dog. UPDATE: confirmed - post area changed from NE3 to NE37.
