Thank you Molliemoo, no that is not Jamie, he has a small tan patch on his left side and his right side is all white. I am trying to improve my walking enough to go to where he was last seen, there is water, shelter and food there. Hopefully I will be able to get there soon with the help of 2 walking sticks.

Could this be Jamie https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10156719955973083&set=gm.1888448777890437&type=3&theater&ifg=1

Sorry for not updating, I am having problems with talking about Jamie being missing, cameras are now out to try and track his movements, when we have them a trap will be put out in the hope he will go in it. Andy Tippins has been advising us and let us the cameras, he has also been there and said it is a loose dog's paradise, ideal for a dog to live and hide from humans.

There have been no more sightings of Jamie, I had reports of posters being missing, when I went to check them they are there in a very prominent position so don't know how they have been missed. I keep going up but my walking is still very limited, it is thanks to other people who go there regularly to see if they can see him.
Mugsy
Unfortunately there haven't been any more sightings of Jamie, all the posters have been checked, if damaged or missing they have been replaced. I have managed to get to Scammonden twice, thankfully there are people who walk in the area and are looking for him with dogs that he knows. I get the feeling that Jamie is happy with his life of freedom as it is the life he used to know and he knows how to avoid people.

I have established the triangle that Jamie seems to be in, one of the ladies who works in the doggie day care and knows Jamie saw him crossing the fields but was to far away to do anything. I am hoping I can walk well enough on Monday to take a chair and a book to read and spread smelly fish round with a dish closer to me and hope he gets curious. My girls will be in the doggie day care so I don't have to worry about them. I have a tripod walker which I can load up and Jamie is used to seeing it round the house. I can only go when I don't have hospital or doctors appointments so ordered some books from Amazon as I expect it will take some time to gain his trust again. Owl, I did think of asking you about Whisper but she is too big for Jamie to approach thanks to his life in a public shelter in Romania.

Confirmed sighting in fields close to where he went missing, his pawrent is attempting to bring him home safely. Good luck Mattie x

Thanks for the update Mugsy.

There has been no more sightings of Jamie which doesn't surprise me, after his experience in Romania he has learnt to keep well away from people. I can't thank all those people enough that are out looking for Jamie while I can't go there and the people who have opened a group for him. We need sightings of him to know where he is.

Jamie has a group on Facebook please join https://www.facebook.com/groups/1742493125783155/ :)

There has been an unconfirmed sighting today at Scammonden Car Park and him running down the hill. This is a very popular dog waling area so hopefully more people will see him. Jamie doesn't like noise and it is quieter there than at Golcar, lots of food for him to catch and shelter as it has lots of trees and shelter for him. We are hoping to get drones out looking for him now. He hates people shouting, it must remind him of the dog catchers in Romania and he is terrified of men.

Romanian dogs are very clever and hide as they are very street wise
They normally find a safe spot and stay there
Fingers crossed

There were no sightings of Jamie yesterday which doesn't surprise me, there were a lot of people about and he will hide from people. Some of my old clothes have been put out in various places in the home he will find one and not feel so alone.

Thank you for helping. There has been sightings in Golcar and the area has been flooded with posters. I hope he stays there as there is food from bins and shelter, if he goes onto the moors we will never find him.

Thank you everyone, I am a member of most, of not all the lost and found groups on Facebook but Facebook won't let me post on any group at the moment. Jamie escaped with Cyril when Mark fell over coming out of the door, Cyril turned back when Mark called but Jamie didn't.

Just been for a walk alongside Scammonden Reservoir. No sighting unfortunately.
