- The person who originally passed the information about this stolen dog has advised that the CCTV has been checked and the elderly gentleman had no dog with him when he entered the co-op. It appears that the gentleman suffers from dementia. Sorry to lead everyone on a wild goose chase but at least there is no stolen dog. The owner is aware of the westie found in Newcastle area. - A vet has just called to say they looked on dog lost and had a westie dog handed into them today in the Newcastle area...chipped but details out of date....they need more info as they have the dogs age, name and sex...have forwarded to Jan to make contact with owner via FB
