I received a message from one of the Admins on Chelsea,s page to say that Chelsea is believed to be in Braintree and could I go to the place and get the dog from the Finder. I went there and got the dog and took her to the Vets to be scanned. It turned out it was Chelsea and I was elated and so was owner...Owner agreed with Vets that I could take her home rather than her be in Kennels overnight as she was already traumatised....Chelsea stayed at my Sister,s house as I have dogs and Chelsea had an eye infection so Vet did not want her near other dogs..Owner managed to get friend to bring her to me so we could get Chelsea from my Sister...,It was an emotional reunion but Chelsea is home now where she belongs . Xxxxxx I am emailing photo to Jayne to add to page..

Update: No news about Chelsea at all, it's been more than two weeks, every single day is so hard without her. I've contact the police again last Friday and the CID assigned to my case is still OFF DUTY, it's been two weeks and I haven't even met this woman who was supposed to be in charge of my case! No help from the police for the time being. So everyone please keep sharing, we are Chelsea's only hope to come back home! Xx

UPDATE: there were two possible sightings of Chelsea with travellers earlier this week, one dead chihuahua and one still alive but tied up. The lady reported it search the area and showed Chelsea's picture to the eye witness, we ruled out the dead one. As for the alive one, I have reported to Essex police, and they said they visited the site the next day, found only one chihuahua there who's not chipped, (however I don't know how accurate is this information as according to the eye witness, there were more than one chihuahuas there, and they've taken a picture of a chihuahua boy there, and there's quite a few puppies as well). This traveller group has now moved on, and we have no way of knowing if the information was correct given by the police.

There's a feeling that Chelsea was targeted by the travellers as someone commented below as well, they've pitched up in my area twice in July, both times really close to my house. I've updated some more of her information on Facebook group where is Chelsea. Please everyone keep sharing so we can find our little girl. X

I totaly agree Doglover - I also read another facebook article about Chelsea which states "The back patio door had been smashed and, after looking around the house, she found all but one room upstairs had been turned upside down." This is a serious burglary with the items stolen and particularly Chelsea - surely the police should have attended before now. Michelle please get back in touch with the police and stress the urgency. I have also seen much better pictures of Chelsea - could you please upload one of these- there is a lovely face picture in the Gazette News article.

Please everyone help us! I m trying to find our beloved dog! My houses got broken into last night about 8:30ish, my little dogs been taken,
she's a white/beige chihuahua, will respond to the name"Chelsea", her back fur is beige, but chest fur is all white, she is a pure breed chihuahua and relatively petite.
all the possessions gone, including a white Chanel J12 watch with diamond and Apple iMac pro laptop, can everyone share this, so we can find our dog? Or if you've seen someone selling these items without boxes can you contact us or the police straightaway please? Anything that will lead us to get our dog back. I've now got an extremely upset little boy as he can't see his best friend anymore 🐶.Please let me know please help! Please please please share out far and wide, so they can't sell her on.

UPDATE: It's been two days and the police are still not here, we still have no clue of her possible location, no sightings so far! BUT WE ARE NOT GIVING UP! so I have to beg everyone share this for me, use the power of social media, MAKE HER TOO HOT TO HANDLE!!!!! Xxxx

A group of you-know-whos moved onto a site close to the new A12 junction a few nights ago after being moved on twice locally by villagers and police. This is right on the edge of Myland. They have used this site before but broke through a locked fence gate to get on there. May be coincidence, may not! Worth mentioning to police perhaps?
Edited to add: This camp is set up opposite the David Lloyd gym at the Northern Gate Way, Colchester CO4 6AT - it's beside the Community Stadium. Myland is just on the way out of town - it's a stone's throw from this camp.

Michelle - you should e-mail your crime reference number to stolen@doglost.co.uk as this may not be seen below. Also a photo of Chelsea is needed for the posters and for the members to be notified in your area. Also, on facebook, there were details of other items that were stolen. May be helpful if you can list on this site.
