- Unfortunately I have no contacts in the area. Keep trying Leigh Cats & Dogs Home as this may come under their coverage. Contact your local dog warden, pass posters to vets, refuse collectors, window cleaners - anyone who does local rounds and has a good knowledge of the local area.
