He was handed in to Bay Vet Group in Teignmouth 01626 778882 so may be an idea to contact them in meantime x

Dear Admin - it seems that telephone number above is incorrect. Neither teignbridge council nor the dog warden nor the kennels know anything about a springer - do you know who called it in please. Thanks Natasha.

Hi, Natasha here, Where's Rafiki Admin. Tremaine and I are actually checking if this could be Rafiki. We have been trying to contact the dog warden but cannot make contact at the moment. Photos are deceiving and so we just wAnt to be sure it's not Raf. Thanks, Natasha x

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
