- A friend of mine found Noah yesterday and kept him safe overnight. I have passed on owner's phone numbers so she is going to give them a call now. Just a reminder to the owner, by law your dog must be microchipped. Please ensure you get this done as a matter of urgency in compliance with the Microchipping of Dogs Regulations. Love a happy ending:)
