another dog not wearing collar and id tag and wrong chip details.......... why are so many dog owners not making sure their dog/s have a chip and tag? owners can be find £500 for not complying with the law

Safe and being collected at 11am
Found in woods and finder took dog to Devizes vet. Chip wasn't registered so passed to bath cats and dogs who were thankfully already aware of him.

I'm in direct contact with owner so have kept post on my email for any info as will search tomorrow if no news.
Owner has notified bath cats and dogs, vets and warden. We will contact cusp county wardens in the morning. Katie
