Over the moon to say that Lexi is now safe with her Mum. Lot of luck to get them in the same place at the same time and she just jumped into her car! So so happy. Over to the blue please :)

Seen this morning at about 10, Highlands Park (close off Highlands Rd, near Reigate Rd)

No further sightings today sadly :(Last edited: 2017-04-17 00:03:43 by csquaredb

Seen back at Leatherhead Leisure centre at about 6pm. Sighter lost sight as didn't want to chase her. Been over there with owners, but no sign now. Think she is using the path behind the leisure centre as her way to where she was seen today. Have suggested owners have a bbq somewhere close in the hope that she's made a den somewhere near by.
csquaredb
Donny, could you ask to join Doglost Surrey FB please, so you can see what's going on with Lexi and I can get a bit more info from you. I visited all the houses on the right side of Cobham Rd yesterday, so must have missed you! Thanks

Donny - avoid eye contact, drop to the ground, speak softly, no sudden movements, back to her is best, throw tasty treats to her gently (e.g. cooked sausages), and be patient! Also phone the owners.

Sorry to come to this late, be we had Lexi in our back garden on Thursday after hearing her barking for a long time in an adjacent garden. We tried to approach her and she ran off and we think under our side gate. We were very concerned and believed it was from the house from the barking garden. We approached the house several times with no answer.
We are in Cobham Road, Fetcham, just round the corner from Domino's so we will keep our eyes open!
If we had only known earlier.
Good luck!
(If we see her, any advice on approaching or catching?)
csquaredb
Lexi has been travelling round today. First sighting near railway bridge behind Leatherhead Leisure Centre, then lots of sightings ranging from St Mary's church graveyard, through to Windmill Drive, Fir Tree Rd, Yarm Way, Reigate Rd and A24 :(. Was with a friend of the owner who knows Lexi when we saw her. Unfortunately someone else had just tried to catch her and she just ran on past us without a second glance. We know she was seen in the same area yesterday, so she could be moving between the two areas.
csquaredb
Possible sighting 2pm today behind Leatherhead Leisure centre.
Skywalker99
I guess owners have lots of advice on how to catch her?
csquaredb
More looking and letterdropping. Quite a few sightings over last couple of days round Cobham Rd, Raymead, Mill Lane and Leatherhead Rd past Zen Garden/Dominos. Was disturbed by someone behind Dominos just after midnight last night and ran. Last seen running across main road into Mill Lane at 12:35 this morning. Unfortunately we have learnt that a number of times when she's been seen, people have tried to catch her, which is making her run further. Lots of local awareness now, so fingers crossed for another sighting soon x

Have passed details to friends and family in the area and we will all be looking out for her. Hope she will found safely very soon.

Please could I just say that if anyone happens to see Lexi please do not chase her she is now frightened and will run - she has been seen near to busy roads. J. x

Friday 1pm: We now have a number of sightings of Lexi around Dominos, Mill Lane and Cobham Rd since Wed. Last seen just after midnight running across the road and into Mill Lane.
csquaredb
Two more sightings. 3:30 yesterday Mill Lane, Leatherhead. And this messaged to What's on in Leatherhead at 12:40am

Hi I just saw a Yorkshire terrier with a pink collar I believe, run across the road towards mill lane and under the tunnel. I stopped to see if it had a number on its tag but it appeared scared and ran away.

A couple of us have been up there early this morning, but no sign sadly.
csquaredb
Thanks GillyP. Is it possible to change the poster image to the one of her sitting please as the other one's not very clear when printed.

Good news is that we finally think we have our first sighting - well 2 actually! Possibly seen in Leatherhead near Dominos Pizza. Was at the mini roundabout heading towards Fetcham. Seen there by a Domino's employee at about 4pm. Described black and tan yorkie, not close enough to see collar. Then seen by friend of owners daughter at about 6:30/7, who also described pink collar. (Owner wasn't sure whether or not Lexi had her collar on when she went missing, but if she was wearing one it would be pink). Several of us have gone over to look, but too dark to see anything now. Fingers crossed for some more news in the morningLast edited: 2017-04-13 21:48:11 by csquaredb

We've letterdropped Barnett Wood Lane, between Harriots and West Farm Ave and up West Farm just beyond West Farm Close and part of West Farm Close (where Lexi used to live). Sadly noone had seen her, although everyone I spoke to said they would check their gardens and keep an eye out for her. Have put some posters up that way. Debbie will put more up later and I'll do local shops in the morning. We also walked along to the horse fields, but no sign

Thanks for uploading pic LisaP. Jayne, have just sent a test email, as looks like emails from me maybe not getting through for some reason? Thanks
