- Early days yet. Presume neutered. He may be trying to get back to his previous home. As I said, on Tommy`s page.cats hate change of any kind, so can sometimes take time for tnhem tlo settle in Assume he was kept in for at least a week? Two weeks is preferable. First check outbuildings, including empty houses, cellars etc. Tempt him, with some food in his dish; chicken may be or tuna? Put his blanket (Unwashed) into a clean container, along with something with your scent on too. Leave in the garden in a sheltered spot, or hang on tnhe washinhg ldine if dry: used towels too. Wipe his scent on your garden fences, gates, doors too. Walk around the area holding an object with his scent on, and rattle some dreamies. Presume not a deaf cat? Try a squeaky toy as it may attract his attention. Pister around the area, and put "Lost" posters through doors too. And ask around. Paws xd.
