i am trying to find the original post to find out a bit more, but whatever the story the owner is not making any effort to find her. I wonder if she is chipped?

Heck, thats awful - the dog deserves a loving home. I hope she doesn't get a puppy as the same will happen to that one too - evil people

Seen a post on facebook that the owner of this girl dumped her over the weekend and is now looking for a puppy!!!
