Spoke to Gina (Eddie's owner) last night. She will pass on info to as many as she can- it's same village but she'd not heard anything untilI phoned. Good that photo now on site as easier to show someone rather than try describe.

Have put a message on the plummer terrier forum re the increase in terriers being stolen & asked all local guys to keep an eye out for this one and the others in the area. Will put poster up at work as soon as available.

Have just spoken to Peppers owner. She said she sent a photo to admin this morning but as its not on here yet I wonder if it has gone astray ....... she has mailed one to me and I am forwarding it on tonight. Word has gone out within the Terrier owning community that she has been stolen and local pounds and kennels contacted. Police informed and Radio Dearne and i will contact local vets,dog wardens etc. We need to get some press coverage for Pepper and the Jack Russell and JRC stolen from nearby in Mapplewell just two days before Pepper was taken ! Jumanji's BAck!! She's already on the case. Dont know what's going on around here at the minute but more dogs gone in a week than usually goes in a month. Stay positive, we've some new helpers on board & although there's not many of us around Barnsley area we're comitted & will do what we can Have left message for Eddies owner - will ring again tonight

hi i can't believe yet an other terrier missing in our area keep ringing mount pleasant +go and check their too im going up there this week to check for my border terrier bitch ill look for your too chin up hope pepper comes home soon melanie

Have rung Eddie's owners as this is on there doorstep. Need pics asap plse. Travellers back in vicinity. & seems to be a bit of a problem with terriers round the area in general. Will poster around Hemsworth & Brierley as soon as pics on board. Barnsley Co-oridinator away at the minute but will let her know it's time to come home

As soon as Admin receives a photograph, the poster will be emailed out to helpers. Posters need to be displayed as soon as possible on notice boards, lamp posts, entrances to parks, dog bins and on cars. Take posters to vets, pet shops, postmen (for sorting offices), milkmen, dustmen, street cleaners, taxi drivers, schools, pubs, youth clubs, newsagents, post offices, takeaways, dog training clubs, supermarkets and car parks. Hand out reduced-down posters or cards to people - especially dog walkers - and deliver to houses and businesses. Police stations, Dog Wardens, the RSPCA and all rescue centres need checking frequently and preferably visited in person by owner or someone who knows Pepper well. Stay safe Pepper until you are home x
