Black and white border collie seen today in Hafren Forest near the carpark. Possibly wearing leather collar, ran off as we approached. Fur very matted.

Have had a look at Selby dog, not Taff. Looks too young and white on face not same, also head looks different. Looks lovely hope he or she gets home asap x thank u

His body (ie back and sides are black; chest, ruff and underneath are white. Tail all black (ie. no white tip on end of tail)
